Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fire Bank ("the Bot", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), an interactive Discord application developed and maintained by Mohamed Waleed. By inviting the Bot to your Discord guild (server), executing any text or slash commands, or otherwise interacting with Fire Bank, you ("User", "you") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately refrain from using Fire Bank and remove the Bot from your Discord server.

2. Eligibility & Discord Compliance

To use Fire Bank, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum digital age required in your country of residence to use Discord.
• You must maintain an active, valid Discord account that complies with the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
• You must not have been previously banned or blacklisted from utilizing Fire Bank.

3. Description of Service

Fire Bank is an entertainment and gamification application designed specifically for Discord communities. Features include:

• Virtual banking, wallet management, deposits, and compound interest calculations.
• Simulated stock market, asset quotation, and trading modules.
• Chance-based mini-games, fortune wheels, mathematical duels, and trivia riddles.
• Interactive role-play defense mechanisms, including shields and wallet heists.
• Server-wide and global wealth leaderboards.
• Artificial intelligence conversations and financial advisory assistance via OpenRouter integration.

4. Virtual Currency & Assets Policy

• Zero Monetary Value: Fire Bank coins and virtual commodities have absolutely no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency (USD, EUR, KWD, etc.), cannot be converted into cryptocurrencies, and cannot be traded for physical or digital goods outside the Discord bot.
• No Real-Money Purchases: Fire Bank does not offer, sell, or solicit real-money purchases for virtual currency.
• No Gambling: Because virtual coins have zero monetary value and cannot be cashed out, games of chance within Fire Bank (such as the Wheel of Fortune) do not constitute real-money gambling.
• Rebalancing & Resets: The developer reserves the right to modify, adjust, rebalance, or reset virtual currency values, interest rates, or item prices at any time to preserve game balance or fix software bugs.

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Exploit Policy

Users must engage with Fire Bank fairly and responsibly. You agree that you will NOT:

• Use macros, automated scripts, autoclickers, or self-bots to interact with Fire Bank commands or bypass cooldown timers.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or race conditions to artificially generate or duplicate virtual currency. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported promptly to the developer.
• Engage in real-world monetary transactions ("Black Market" trading) involving Fire Bank virtual currency, accounts, or items.
• Attempt to perform Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood bot commands, or overload bot hosting infrastructure.
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users through Fire Bank interactive commands (e.g. robbery mechanics) where server rules prohibit such conduct.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Bot’s proprietary logic, assets, or algorithms without written permission.

6. Server Administrators' Responsibilities

Guild administrators who invite Fire Bank to their servers have the responsibility to:

• Configure appropriate channel whitelisting (via /abb-channel) to keep bot activities aligned with their community guidelines.
• Ensure that bot usage within their server complies with applicable local laws and Discord standards.
• Manage member conflicts arising from roleplay robberies or competitive mini-games.

7. Availability, Downtime & Modifications

Fire Bank is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend bot operations for maintenance, database upgrades, or bug fixes without prior notice.
• Add, modify, or permanently discontinue any command, feature, or service component at our discretion.
• Update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Fire Bank after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mohamed Waleed and any contributors or hosting providers shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, loss of server data, bot outages, or disputes between Discord users.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination & Blacklisting

We reserve the absolute right, without prior warning or liability, to blacklist or permanently ban any user or Discord guild from accessing Fire Bank if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user or guild has violated these Terms, engaged in cheating or exploitation, or abused our systems.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by stopping all interaction with the Bot and removing Fire Bank from any Discord servers you manage. You may also request a complete purge of your stored data under our Privacy Policy.
